Refund Policy

Refund Policy All store and lesson purchases are non refundable. In the case of damaged goods from the store, we will refund in full if our product was damaged upon opening. Lessons are paid in advance and are non refundable

RULES AND POLICIES:

  • We do not cancel lessons, they must be rescheduled
  • Reschedules are not allowed on the same day of the lesson.  We must be notified 48 hours before the lesson and they need to be rescheduled before your teachers payday which is the 15th and last business day of each month, if your teacher is not available you will have a substitute.
  • There are no reschedules on the day of your appointment. Lessons will be charged in full
  • We do not cancel appointments if the teacher is out, we will provide a substitute teacher.
  • If you do not show up or call for rescheduling, we will remove you permanently after 2 NO SHOWS
  • If you are late for your lesson, you will not be refunded in time or money
  • Lessons are due the first week of each month.  You can pay in the store we accept credit, cash and debit.
  • If you do not pay on time, your time slot will be released for another student
  • Cancellation of lessons must be submitted by email at least one week before your next billing period.

  • We are only closed on the following holidays in 2019, so please reschedule in advance if you will not be attending your scheduled class during any other holiday.

    • Memorial Day Monday May 27, 2019
    • July 4th, 2019
    • Labor Day Monday September 2, 2019
    • Halloween Day Thursday October 31, 2019
    • Thanksgiving Wednesday November 27 – Reopen Monday December 2, 2019
    • Christmas December 23rd 2019 – New Years Monday January 6th, 2020
